Two Projects. Two Locations. One TJM Team.

TJM Projects has successfully delivered two new Costa Coffee developments, completing major construction works in Wrexham and Lytham St Annes.

Across both sites, our teams carried out full site preparation, groundworks, structural construction, roofing, cladding, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, together with external works including roadways and landscaping.

With a combined project value of £1.86 million and each delivered over 17 weeks, both schemes were completed to the high standards TJM Projects is known for, ready for the next stage of the internal fit-out.

From demolition and enabling works through to completed shells, these projects highlight our ability to deliver high-quality commercial construction across multiple locations, safely, efficiently and on programme.
