Transforming the Marshall Building

From the initial strip-out to the final finishing touches, our latest video captures the complete transformation of the Marshall Building in Manchester.

Delivered over 52 weeks, the £2.4 million refurbishment saw TJM Projects transform multiple floors of the commercial building, creating modern office accommodation, upgraded welfare facilities, new meeting spaces and a bespoke reception area.

The project combined CAT A and CAT B fit-out elements with extensive mechanical and electrical improvements, specialist joinery and carefully considered interior finishes.
