TJM Projects Celebrates Dual Contract Win at Birchwood Park

TJM Projects is proud to announce a major double contract award at Birchwood Park, Warrington, securing both the Category A landlord fit-out and Category B tenant fit-out for a combined value of £1 million.

Cat A – Birchwood Park (Landlord)

We’ve been appointed to deliver the full Cat A works for a newly developed office space, including:

• Suspended ceilings and raised access flooring
• Core M&E services, including lighting and air conditioning
• High-quality finishes to washrooms, lobbies, and key shared areas

Cat B – Miller Homes (Tenant)

Following Cat A, we’ll seamlessly progress into the bespoke Cat B fit-out for Miller Homes, transforming the space into a fully functioning headquarters:

• Internal partitioning and acoustic meeting rooms
• Specialist joinery and premium finishes
• Kitchen/teapoint installation
• Final IT, AV, and furniture integration for immediate occupation

This dual win reflects the trust both the landlord and tenant have placed in our ability to deliver an efficient, integrated programme from shell to completion.
