WillPowders, De Lacy House

TJM Projects were appointed on a full Design & Build contract to deliver the comprehensive strip-out and refurbishment of De Lacy House for WillPowders. The works were completed over 3 floors and included:

• Full internal strip-out and remodelling
• Construction of a purpose-built podcast room
• Kitchen studio fit-out
• Gym installation
• Multiple meeting and collaboration rooms
• Open-plan office space
• Full Mechanical & Electrical package
• Extensive bespoke manufactured joinery, designed and produced in-house by TJM’s specialist joinery division

The project was delivered to our client’s exacting standards, combining high-end finishes, technical integration, and a fast-paced 26-week programme split across two phases to maintain continuity of occupation.
