A full turnkey fit out to the 9th and 10th floors at the newly refurbished Platform building (formerly Station House) in Leeds City Centre. Works were undertaken on exceptionally tight time schedules to allow a seamless transition from Shoosmiths temporary offices into their new base.
Works included all mechanical and electrical installations, with associated new roof plant, inter-floor connections and links to the existing CAT A services.
A range of bespoke joinery products (including fire doors) were designed and supplied by TJM’s in-house manufacturing division.
A range of logistical challenges were overcome including restricted access and storage spaces based in the building basement, out of hours material and waste movements, stringent noise restrictions and concurrent works on adjacent floors.
