TJM Projects was appointed to deliver P.Louise City at Trafford Palazzo: an ambitious, fully immersive flagship beauty and retail destination created to bring their bold vision to life.

Acting as Principal Contractor and lead delivery contractor, our team transformed an exceptional creative concept into a distinctive, high-quality retail environment.

Scope of Works

The project pushed the boundaries of our manufacturing, technical detailing and site delivery capabilities. Our work included:

• The development and installation of extensive bespoke manufactured joinery
• Complex feature work throughout the store
• Detailed technical development to maintain the original design intent
• Coordination of specialist contractors, finishes and installations
• Careful programme management within a live retail destination
• Detailed on-site execution across the 26-week programme
