Works included specialist client-specified installations, all mechanical and electrical works (with associated new roof plant), inter-floor connections and external building fabric / courtyard works.
A large range of bespoke joinery products were manufactured and installed by TJM, including medial walls, seating, storage walls and ceiling panels.
Logistical challenges to overcome included multiple social events (including protest marches) in Albert Square, the proximity of live hospitality venues on the ground floor, concurrent roadworks and the redevelopment of the Town Hall, and finally the outbreak of Covid-19 part way through the works!
