Bright Futures Conversion, Bardley

We’re proud to share the successful completion of a specialist conversion project for our long-standing client, Bright Futures.

Over a 16-week programme, the TJM team transformed a 5-bed family home into a purpose-built unit for SEN children, delivering upgraded mechanical and electrical systems alongside bespoke specialist adaptations. The works were carried out under a JCT Intermediate form 2025, with a contract value of £605K.

This milestone marks another chapter in our ongoing partnership with Bright Futures, as we continue to deliver exceptional spaces that support care, comfort, and community.
