TJM was engaged to Design and Build an expansive, niche gym in the city centre of Manchester.

The contract was completed under a JCT Design & Build Contract with a value of £280,000.00 which included the full Mechanical and electrical packages. Works needed to be completed over a 6-week schedule to allow the building to offer gym facilities for the first tenants of the building.
