Project Award: Aspire Lounge – Manchester Airport

We’re pleased to announce that TJM Projects has been appointed to deliver the new Aspire Lounge at Manchester Airport.

With a contract value of £2.4 million, the scheme involves the full internal fit-out of a shell and core space to create a premium lounge environment for passengers travelling through the airport.

Scope of Works

The project will include:
• Installation of new internal finishes
• Bespoke fittings and joinery
• Comprehensive mechanical and electrical works
• Complete transformation from base build to operational lounge

Our team will convert the blank canvas into a high-quality, fully serviced hospitality space designed to enhance the passenger experience, delivering comfort, style and functionality in equal measure.
