We have recently re-visited a renovation project from early 2023, not only only has Marlborough Pension Fund in Bolton held up extremely well, with over 80 employees using the building for over 12 months, it still looks brand new!

The architect, Steve Fish has created a fantastic space balancing the historical architecture with the new contemporary extension.
