We’re pleased to showcase the successful completion of our Cat B fit-out at Hyphen, one of Manchester’s most distinctive Grade A office developments.

Located at 75 Mosley Street in the heart of the city’s business quarter, the £650,000 project was delivered over a fast-paced 6-week programme in collaboration with workplace design specialists OBI.

The fit-out transformed the space into a modern, tenant-ready workplace, featuring:

• New meeting rooms and collaborative workspaces
• Contemporary breakout and kitchen areas
• Full mechanical and electrical design and installation
• Bespoke joinery manufactured and installed by TJM
• Supply and installation of high-spec office furniture

Delivered on programme and to a high standard, the completed fit-out provides a vibrant and flexible working environment that reflects the quality and character of this landmark Manchester building.
