We’re proud to have delivered the refurbishment of a striking Georgian property in St Helens, now officially added to the St Helens Borough Council Local Heritage List.

Working in partnership with Lowwood Developments, our team carefully refurbished the fully occupied building, protecting its architectural character while upgrading the space to meet modern standards.

The St Helens Local Heritage List recognises buildings that contribute significantly to the borough’s architectural and historic identity. While not nationally listed, inclusion ensures the building’s character is respected as the town continues to evolve.

For TJM, projects like this are about balance, preserving what makes a building special while delivering the quality, compliance and longevity expected from a modern refurbishment.
