Next up in our Archive series, we’re heading to Manchester’s historic Jacksons Warehouse.
TJM Projects were tasked with transforming the ground floor of this Grade II-listed building from a well-used public bar into sleek, high-end office space, much to the relief of the residents living above!
The works involved a complete strip-out while carefully protecting the original features, particularly the exposed brickwork, which had suffered from years of heavy use. With stringent noise and access restrictions in place, meticulous planning was key to ensuring the project ran smoothly without disturbing those who call the building home.
The result? A considered repurposing that respected the character of the building while creating a polished new workplace fit for modern use.
Heritage protected. Space reimagined. Another TJM transformation.
