Costa Coffee, Wrexham

TJM Projects is currently on site delivering the new Costa Coffee drive-thru in Wrexham, continuing our partnership with Mason Partners.

Our scope of works includes:

• Full site preparation and groundworks
• Foundations, structural build and cladding installation
• Roofing, drainage and M&E infrastructure to support the upcoming fit-out
• External works, including road access and landscaping

The project is progressing on schedule, with the team focused on maintaining the high-quality standards TJM Projects are known for.

Another step towards creating a welcoming new retail space for Costa Coffee customers in North Wales.
