Back at The Point, Birchwood

TJM Projects have been back at The Point in Birchwood, delivering a new £250,000 office fit-out package across two distinct workspaces.

The project included a CAT A fit-out for Orbit, preparing a high-quality, flexible space ready for occupation, alongside a CAT B fit-out tailored to the requirements of Envipco.

Our scope included new ceilings, flooring, electrical installations, furniture and associated finishing works, bringing both spaces together to create modern and practical working environments.

The project continues our involvement at The Point, following the completion of a £100,000 refurbishment of the building’s reception.

It’s been great to return to the building and contribute to the next stage of its development.
