TJM Projects successfully delivered a £650,000 Category B office fit-out at Hyphen, one of Manchester’s most distinctive Grade A commercial developments, located at 75 Mosley Street.

Working in partnership with workplace design specialists OBI, the project transformed the space into a contemporary, fully furnished working environment designed to meet the needs of modern businesses. Delivered within a demanding six-week programme, the fit-out included the creation of new meeting rooms, collaborative workspace, breakout areas and modern kitchen facilities.

The project also involved the complete design and installation of mechanical and electrical services, ensuring the workspace was fully integrated and ready for occupation from day one.

A key feature of the scheme was the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery elements, carefully crafted to complement the overall design aesthetic and enhance the user experience throughout the space.

In addition, TJM coordinated the procurement and installation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment, delivering a seamless turnkey solution for the client.

The completed fit-out offers a high-quality, flexible workplace that reflects the premium nature of the Hyphen development and supports today’s occupiers’ evolving needs.
