TJM Projects delivered a £2.8m scheme at Cheadle Hulme High School, transforming the existing site with a new sixth form gym link extension, glazed entrance, reception and office areas, alongside associated car parking and landscaping.

The works included the demolition of the existing sports hall, specialist asbestos removals, piling and raft foundations, structural steel installations, a new high voltage power supply, roof works, plant wells and bespoke internal finishes.

A standout feature of the project was the full-height glazed curtain walling entrance, creating a bright, modern welcome point for students, staff and visitors.

Delivered over a 13-month programme, the project was completed on time and on budget.
