1100 Daresbury – Refurbishment Complete

TJM Projects is pleased to announce the completion of refurbishment works at 1100 Daresbury, delivering a high-quality upgrade within the well-established Daresbury Business Park.

With a project value of £350,000, the scheme combined Cat A base build elements with carefully considered Cat B enhancements, creating a modern, functional workspace designed to meet the expectations of today’s occupiers.

The scope of works included new floor coverings throughout, bespoke joinery installations, and the introduction of kitchen tea points to support day-to-day usability. Mechanical systems were reconfigured to suit the new layout, alongside the installation of feature lighting to enhance the overall look and feel of the space.

A key highlight of the project is the newly refurbished reception area, designed to create an immediate impression for visitors while offering a welcoming, contemporary environment for occupiers.
