TJM have recently completed works at the historic St Ann’s House in Manchester, delivering a carefully considered refurbishment across three floors.
This short film captures the journey from strip-out to near handover, taking the space from its dark, dusty beginnings through to a refined, high-quality finish, with only the final furniture touches remaining.
It’s great to see the project evolve as a contemporary space with subtle Art Deco influences, while the building’s original character is carefully preserved.
Delivered under a design and build contract in collaboration with OBI, the scheme brings together modern services, bespoke joinery, and thoughtful detailing to create a space that balances heritage and contemporary space.
