TJM Projects has commenced works on a £2.5 million high-end fit-out at MediaCity, Salford Quays, for Vermont Construction Ltd.

The multi-level scheme will deliver premium, hospitality-led resident spaces on the ground, first, and 34th floors, enhancing the living experience in this flagship high-rise development.

Working alongside Falconer Chester Hall, the project will see the creation of a range of bespoke environments, including reception and café areas, co-working spaces, leisure facilities and private dining suites, all brought together through a design-led approach and high-quality finishes throughout.
